I appreciate the attempt being made to secure my personal safety.Generally, so do I.
But, the TSA hardly qualifies with a rating higher than a D-. They are feckless in the extreme.
Arm all the pilots... Profile the passengers... Do solid background checks on all the employees and contractors... Stop making my 89 year-old mother and her 88 year-old lady friend take off their shoes and get a complete body inspection while all the swarthy men walk blithely past, barely glanced at by the "inspectors".

For those who never heard of it ,Albuquerque is in New Mexico ...and New Mexico is a state in the USALOL, that should save you some trouble. I once had a long argument with a lady at the post office, who kept insisting I needed to fill out a customs form for a package I was sending to Mom & Dad in Santa Fe. Dummy refused to believe New Mexico was a state.

I was watching the webcam a few minutes ago and saw people with luggage RUNNING away from the lower level.

Someone with nail clippers slip by those, oh so efficient TSA workers? I have to call foul on that one.
Of all the airports I have been through since 9/11/2001, my trips through ABQ were most notable due to the professionalism and efficiency of the Sunport TSA crew. They were a refreshing change.

KOAT just reported that a package was checked in at Delta Airlines and a bomb sniffing dog alerted them to that package. ATF and FBI are there now.

YEAH.
THAT'S AN IMPORTANT NOTE.
Especially for those liberal, intellectual, New England idiots.
Who tend to think we're still chasing Indians or getting hit by their arrows out here.
Now all the drunk drivers Scuba Teddy's been giving driving lessons to . . . chasing them down is another matter.
