This is good & interesting. But, it still doesn't answer the basic question - how did the "intelligence" community get it so wrong for so long. This includes; US, Britain, Israel, UN & many others.
Did they misread the evidence & then support each others faulty analysis?

One of two reasons...either they are all really stupid..or Sadaam was engaged in building or obtaining WMD's. I think it's the latter.

This could be wishful thinking, but I think Bush has all the evidence he needs and is keeping it quiet until the Democrat nominee is known. Meanwhile his campaign is keeping a record of quotes from all the Dims on Iraq and WMD's. After there is an official nominee...boom...out comes proof and boom...out goes the only issue that the Dims have been able to manufacture.
