How does your ACTIVE SERVICE stack up against Keyes'? You moderates like to TALK about 'changing hearts and minds', but you never really do it. Dr. Alan Keyes does.

EV, you really have no clue what I do or have done, but this isn't about me.

I'd really like to see Dr. Keyes run for an office he could win, and try to make a difference in our government. Enough people who believe as he do could actually shrink the size of the Federal goverment.

I don't think it's going to happen, though. First, I'm not sure the American people want to roll back all the Federal programs we have now, and I'm not sure they'd elect someone who believes as Dr. Keyes does.

Secondly, I don't think Dr. Keyes really wants to be elected to government. If he were, he'd have to compromise to get anything done, and that would destroy him in the eyes of people like you.

Not to mention, he's making a pretty fine living right now off donations from True Believers.

You've got NO IDEA as to Dr Keyes' motivations, lady. None whatsoever. It's just as possible that, after what the GOP machine did to Buchanan and McClintock, his wife begged him not to run.

Your comments are offensive, as well as being utterly wrong. He happens to have roots going back generations in a state that is still very liberal. That he couldn't break that grip by running for the Senate twice is, or shouldn't be, a detriment to his reputation as a statesman with any fairminded thinking person.

Your attempt to make something dirty out of fundraising for the furtherance of the things he believes in is hypocritical as well. Do you hold the President to the same stupid standard? How about every other individual in government or the political arena? What balderdash.

Keep 'em coming, hon.

It's like peeling an onion- the ugliness in your soul is becoming more apparent, with every post.
