Of course the terrorists are to blame. But those who fail to stop them, knowing that they are doing so, deserve the blame as well.
Therefore, anyone who votes against President Bush this fall has on their hands the blood of all those Americans who die thereafter- because they could have voted for the one man in the race who could win and kill the terrorists, but did not as a result of their own stupidity.

You go too far, sir. If the Drudge blurb is true and if Bush increases the NEA's funding, then he should and will answer for it. There is NO excuse for spending and wasting federal money like this. To claim that posters here "have blood on their hands" because they oppose such a profligate waste of taxpayer dollars is a despicable thing to say.
