Did I ever say that I wasn't a "statist"? My American political heroes are Alexander Hamilton and Abraham Lincoln, both of whom certianly were as well.

I'm getting in line for money. I can draw stick figure people. I'm an artist and I need a million dollars to share my "gift" with the world. I can also stand back and throw globs of paint at a huge canvas and "express" my vision of color. I am worthy to receive a large check to pursue my artistic passion. You other people simply do not see what I see through my artist's eyes. For a mere seven figure check, I'll share it with you.

Every idiot here that is whining and saying they won't vote for Bush will be the biggest whiners from 2005-2009/2013 when Kerry is President.

Oh, I can almost guarantee that your whine will drown out any sound a Bush critic might utter. You will whine and wail like an air raid siren over the "traitors" who refused to reward Bush with a vote for selling out.

Those of us who do not vote for him will be largely philosophical about the debacle. We understand that the blame will rest squarely and solely on Bush's shoulders.

I feel lucky... I've never gotten to see one of these real disruptor threads before it went all to message deleted by moderator every second post.

Maybe in addition to "Piss Christ," there will now be enough money for a US "Snow White and the Madness of Truth."

I'm going to wait and see if the story is true before I allow it to raise my blood pressure.

IF true, this is another bad move - but in my world, the War on Terror is the most important issue, and I don't want that in the hands of any Democrat. Ever. And there's only one way to prevent that from happening.

Thats not the point. The point is that Bush is even considering increasing funding at all.

Have you ever bothered to read the NEAstrategic plan?

This is just another reason I will NOT be voting for Bush again. I will stay home. Don't stay home, support Michael Peroutka, even if he doesn't win, if enough conservatives vote for him it will force the GOP to take notice.

I don't believe in the Republican Party... I am extremely partisan, I believe that everyone should have their own party

one man, one party
