I have spoken with Rush twice, once as first caller on show immediately after the Larry Lawrence, Arlington Cemetary fiasco and once concerning Gary Aldrich's book about the inside depravity of the clinton White House. What a considerate host Rush was-both times. I love this good man.
First heard him at midnight, for an hour only, when hubby and self lived in GE, and the Armed Forces network picked him up for an hour. Word spread fast thru the military and civilian American forces there and a bond was formed immediately as FINALLY a voice of reason, truth and patriotism drove thru the clintonian liberalism and lifted the spirits of all of us.
Rush was the topic at the American bases and posts troughout Europe.
It is my hope the Armed Forces Network that surely must be broadcasting in Iraq and Afganistan is playing Rush....the positive impact this man has on the hearts and minds of Americans serving abroad is beyond description. Truly. I know. I've lived it.
