It snowed here in the evening. About 1 to 2 inch. It started later this morning again, but most is gone now because of the sun.

Yeah that's him!

I saw it because I browsed this thread at work on the Apple Mac. When you hold the mouse over an image it says the name.

Will the freeway completion transform to more safety?

For the most part, it should be safer. The biggest problem, is the design of some of the on / off ramps and the intersection with Loop 1. That intersection has five lanes turning into three. Traffic coming off of Loop 1 comes in from the right, and one lane ends about 1/2 mile from the interchange. Most of the traffic wants to continue north and should have a lane going over the main lanes and merging from the left side.

Many drivers use the lane that ends 1/2 mile from the interchange to get as far ahead as they can, and then force themselves into traffic. The biggest problem with those drivers, is that they exit at the very next off ramp. TXDOT did a poor job of designing that interchange.
