Houston should be on orange, and effectively on red for Sunday with regards to anything and everything that could be a threat to the event. and there is nothing wrong with that.

There should be PSA's all over that town right now, telling them to report anything remotely odd.
I just think that a red would send the majority of people into a panic...

About a year ago I had a phrase:
"The orange is on the Sun"
I was worried about it because at the time I believe Sunkist owned, or was a big sponsor of, one of the stadiums in Houston. If anyone knows the relation of the Reliant Stadium to Sun or Orange let us know. Of course I also thought of astrodome but the game is being played at Reliant.
