Also a major dam there called "Falcon Dam" - it is an international dam. There is also a major power generating plant in Eagle Pass.

Personally, I think they did a cost/benefit analysis and decided we could tolerate loosing a few hundred thousand or more folks. Wide spread civil defense shelters seem the most obvious to put in place when disaster planning. But the fix is too costly probably. The government is really lacking in this respect, so unlike Russia and China. Similarly, the airlines always get away with implementing the suggested fixes for more safely moving cargo, luggage and passengers around. Cost/benefits.....

Oddly enough, it's a joint venture between the US and Mexico.

BTW, has anyone seen this from Jill's site? Is it new? Does anyone have any thoughts?

Maybe we've all been on the wrong track with :
The Belly of the Beast?
Bush is from Texas
And all the other Bin Ladens hung out not far from me, along the Highland Lakes, Kingsland. In fact, OBL's DNA was extracted from a hairbrush from a BL family lakehouse there.

I still haven't heard whether they found those two guys whose helicopter crashed into the Tigris River...They are in my thoughts and prayers - have you heard anything yet, I was gone most of the day and am not seeing anything on the TV news (but then these soldiers are not Demoncratic candidates, so what did I expect)?

Mozilla is pretty good, but it does have some wierd bugs. Sometimes I cannot copy a web link from the location window. Another time I the same page will let me copy that. It is also difficult to highlight things quickly. And for some reason the cursor blanks out in ceartin spaces when you are enter text in dialog boxs. Sometimes pages show up blank. For instance last night Jills site suddenly showed up blank. Yet is was ok in other browsers. Today it is fine in Mozilla again. Also it is missing right click functions like add shortcut to desktop and set image as wallpaper. Bookmark menu is most annoying when you have a lot of bookmarks. I am constantly fighting with the scrolling thing Sometimes I can't make it sit still. And it won't branch the bookmarks into multiple columns. You helped me get somethings to work thought as I remember. I do have some extra bookmarks on the toolbar now. My Favorite browser was Netscape 4.78. It is obsolete now, in that it fails a lot to load many web pages, but it was the best to use (interface wise) IMHO. None of the above problems.

" I mentioned the al Mahdi and the oft-stated goal to establish the Caliphate and Sharia law across the globe. She had NO idea what I was talking about."
Sounds like a good actress. That's like saying you're Christian but not knowing anything about the 10 Commandments.

JP: Oh, please don't loose sleep over these threats. They have been with us awhile and they will continue with us awhile also. And -- should something happen -- well, you and your family are more prepared than most of the sheeple in the U.S. thanks to your interest and all the rest of the Freepers within this thread.

Note: This is another BASF plant problem. The other being Freeport Texas with the guard "who shot himself" per the FBI because they read it in his eyes.
