Rumsfeld At It Again: Old Habits Die Hard
Twenty years after shaking hands with the "Baghdad Butcher", Donald Rumsfeld is at it again. Last month he was spotted chatting up the new dictator of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev.
Given that Donny was one of the original signatories to a 1997 statement calling for the US "to promote the cause of political and economic freedom abroad", one might assume that he was really in Azerbaijan to talk about the well documented election fraud in that country. Or Rumsfeld could have questioned Aliyev about the arrest and torture of hundreds of oppostion leaders shortly after the elections in October. A more aggressive move would be to inform the "baby dictator" of a cut-off in the "$3 million a year in military aid" to fund, what the Washington Post refers to as "peacekeeping-training and education programs" (Read: School of the Assassins ).
Instead we learn that there was no mention at the meeting of democracy, and other ideals proclaimed by the Bush Administration and its "Project for the New American Century" partners.
Rather, we learn that Rumsfeld was there to congratulate Aliyev on his election victory, and oh yeah, to speak about the possibility of planting a US military base in this little oil nation bordering Iran and Russia.
A note to PNAC and the Bush Administration: Actions speak louder than words.

I suppose you marxists and cowards would rather see a Project For A New Chinese Century. Or how about a Project For A New North Korean Century? New Cuban Century?
Yuo people make me sick. I'm sure there are plenty of those Marxist paridises you worship champing at the bit to be blessed with your presence, and they'll greet you with open arms and picnic lunches. Aeroflot probably has connections to most of 'em - why don't you check on it?

Your screed should get you a nice grade from your queer "current events" student/instructor at whatever lame community college you're attending on diversity scholarships and soon-to-be-defaulted student loans.
(Don't think you're special. I say this to all the DUmbasses).

I guess that socialist utopia is anything but! Of course, there's Angela Davis still in Cuba. I wonder what kind of squalor she is living in.
