Clark can also talk about:
- his meteoric rise through the ranks after Waco;
- conducting wars without congressional authorization or UN sanction, as in Kosovo;
- targeting civilian infrastructure in Serbia versus surgical shock and awe in Iraq;
- refugees and collateral damage in Croatia and Serbia versus Iraqi refugees and casualties;
- the International Criminal Tribunal against Milosevic and the 12 year cease fire with Saddam;
- comparisons of the Racak massacre with Iraq's mass graves;
- his support of the Al Qaeda connected Kosovo Liberation Army leaders and terrorist attacks against the US during the 90s culminating in 9/11;
- whether British General Sir Mike Jackson really refused his order, saying: Im not going to start the Third World War for you!;
- his meteoric fall from the ranks after Kosovo.
