The one-minute file, filmed from a US Apache helicopter, shows three suspected Iraqi insurgents being shot with 30mm cannon fire. The clip was cut from a longer video obtained by ABC News last week and verified by a senior US army official.

So bad, "Gigli" looks good in comparison) Gigli was SO MUCH MORE worse than Showgirls and was a complete finacial disaster. Showgirls at grossed $20M in 1995 dollars ($24.3M current dollars) wheras Gigli only brought in $6M last summer. That bad movie did three times better in the theaters with no "star power" or plot.

smut is like unto baroque music, in that it itself is sufficient reason for it to exist.
Showgirls would have done far better had it had NO plot, NO dialogue, NO characterization at all.
Similarly, Jfleck's little smarmfest would have done better had it
a. scads of nekkid wimmin doin' interestin' things
b. NOT come at a time when the viewing public was already exhaustedly sick and tired of Bennifer. "Star Power" killed Gigli.
btw... from your tone I assume you were one of the 800,000 dupes who actually paid to watch Gigli?
