PUNK'D: Ashton Kutcher victim suit headed to trial

JANUARY 23--Plea negotiations between Rush Limbaugh and Florida prosecutors stalled last month when government officials insisted that the radio host cop to a felony, rejecting a defense suggestion that Limbaugh simply enter a pretrial diversion program and "continue to receive treatment for his addiction." In an exchange of letters (copies of which you'll find below), Roy Black, Limbaugh's attorney, and prosecutor James Martz offered starkly different versions of the punishment Limbaugh, 53, should receive were he to admit that he engaged in "doctor shopping" to score prescription painkillers and other drugs. In his December 15 letter, Martz argued that Palm Beach investigators had evidence to support "in excess of ten felony counts" against Limbaugh. Copies of the Black-Martz correspondence were released to reporters pursuant to a freedom of information request. In November, agents executed search warrants at the offices of three Limbaugh doctors in an attempt to determine whether he illegally obtainied drugs like OxyContin, Hydrocodone, and Xanax. Nope - The first time anything about Blackmail came up was when Roy Black mentioned it at the hearing in Dec.

... and he is the only one saying anything like it.
Even when Rush gave a long explaination of what the $300,000 in cash he took out was used for, he never said anything about being blackmailed.

The Cline MAY have immunity for buying and selling drugs to Rush - as part of them ratting out their suppliers.

I think their tactics will backfire. Rush has become more popular where I live. Neighbors who would never consider listening to Rush before now tune in daily.

I didn't realise that supporting law enforcement in their war against drugs was a leftist bias these days...

If you have drug laws, you have to enforce them. Even if you only selectively enforce them, that's better than just ignoring them. Either enforce them or repeal them.

Ash was a tar-baby poster - he would suck in other posters with twisted, slightly deviated 'facts' and logic on a case and then work them into slow death ... like what happens when one gets stuck in a tar pit - NEVER help the tar-baby out of his tar pit ...

He has been accused of buying drugs from his maid - and has NEVER DENIED IT. In the court of RS, the judge gives a lot of weight to the accused at least saying they are not guilty, and maybe being just a little mad about the accusation.
