No.......she can wait until the convention if she wants to.

Well she can't run for the nomination anymore. But if nobody gets a clean win the rules for who can get nominated losen up with each floor vote at the convention that doesn't name a winner. So technically speaking the last day she can become a candidate is the day they declare their nominee, but it's hghly unlikely at this point.
