So we All decide to CANCEL ALL the "Government-Sponsored" "Exploration Projects" & Re-Distribute the "Government Monies"--Equitably--to "The Poor."

So Three or Four Generations from now, our "Government Supported Descendants" ask;--"So, WHAT, NOW???"

We are NOW "In Debt,"--"Up to our Eyeballs," to support our "Non-Producing Citizens,"--there is NO "Excess Money" to fund ANY "Projects." We have Spent whatever "Legacy" we Inherited to sustain the "Lifestyles of" our "Less-Productive Citizens." & we cannot even offer Them the Slightest Hope that "Human Existence" on this planet will EVER be better than the Dreary Life they now lead.

There is NO, "OUT THERE,"--there is ONLY the Continuing "HardScrabble Life" of Diminishing Returns on Earth, as our Resources slowly diminish....

SOME FUTURE!!

The press statement reads,"12:05 a.m. Sunday EST or 9:05 p.m. Saturday PST) at a landing site on the opposite side of the planet from Spirit."

So, I'll jump online probably around 8 PM and post until sleep time.

Should be a fun night with FR!

Christians who are really interested in TRUTH,(Big "T") wouldn't necessarily freak out if some little critters are found off world. The Bible is focused on events on Earth and God's relation to man kind. That doesn't change, just because we might find a critter or two. If shadow types are really worried about social disruptions, they are the paranoid ones!

My guess is , that the harmonic freq coming from the operation of the drill had devastating effects on electrical connections given the light gravity and thin atmosphere......... ??? The thing vibrated itself to death.... Too many engineers not enough technicians on the project!

I could be wrong, but with the math I was taught, 800 mil dollars divided by 300 mil people isnt $2.67. Its more like $2,666,666. Somebody forgot to move that decimal point and add some zero's back on there.

I don't want to dis you, but if that's the case whoever taught you arithmetic needs to be flogged. You can drop the mil marker since it represents the same number of decimal places, then you can drop the remaining zeros for the same reason, and the solution is 8/3=2.67.
