As conservatives we believe in conserving thousands of years of civilzation as is, not experimenting wildly.

You need a history check then as marriage "for thousands of years of civilization" was only recognized by the Church and the individuals marrying.

No I am against government forcing people, businesses, and municipalities to recognize such arrangements if they don't want to. The "couple" can do whatever they like to/with each other that part is none of my business and I'd like to keep it that way.

This nation was founded "under God" and a Christian God at that.

Marriage can only be between a man and a woman.

It is impossible for 2 homos to access the privileges of a traditionally Christian marriage.

If they want to "get married" they can do so but they cannot take advantage of benefits that accrue.
