FYI it's being carried live on Cspan. They said coverage starts at 7 pm ET, with the actual caucus at 7:30 pm ET.

If Gephardt finishes second and Kerry finishes fourth (as I predict), I think they'll both have to drop out. They'll have no momentum going into New Hampshire and no chance of doing well in later primaries (and in the caes of Gephardt, no money left).
If you're asking on what I base my Dean-Gephardt-Edwards-Kerry predicted finish in Iowa, mostly my gut instict based on each candidate's ground game, organization and poll results.

CSpan showing Caucus prescint 20 - telling people there is no smoking in the building. Some guy wtih long hair is asking various people to fill out a survey.
People still trying to register to get in...Observers are there, but cannot speak.

Well, they just had a huge celebration when some speaker announced that their caucus was one of two being broadcast nationally on CSPAN. Now some guy who looks like a hippy from the sixties is awarding some kind of birthday door prize. And now he's soliciting $$$$ for Democrats.
