Yep! And more evidence for the new democrat clause in the Voters Rights Act called the 'wouldof, couldof' amendment:
Any potential voter above the age of 12 shall have the right to express their vote in accordance with the rules and regulations of said state for what would be a given lifespan of 105 years (adjusted upwardly based upon updated average lifespans) in the event this person were to expire or unable to meet his obligations to cast their ballot based on numerous physical obstructions (as determined by the ACLU), handicaps or other less likely occurances as deemed only by the DNC, anytime prior to reaching 105 years of age. The council of the DNC shall deem that this amendment clause applys to only registered democrat voters, families of democrat voters, those that think they are democrat/liberals, those that think like democrats/liberals, environmentalist radicals, eco-terrorists and their families carte blanche and, their offspring to infinity and beyond. This amendment shall be final and/or amended only as the DNC see's fit and passed without representation into law. Votes cast in this regard shall be tabulated without question and counted towards satisfying the election of said democrat.
Examples follow:
. . . "Had she voted, she 'wouldof' voted for a democrat!"
. . . "Had they voted, he/she 'couldof' voted for a democrat!"

Must be great to be a member of a political party where the obituaries are like a roll of new members/voters.
