"I'll write in Tom Tancredo"

even though Tancredo himself will vote Bush and the write-in will mean nothing. hmmm.

" ... the only man in the House of Representatives who dares to speak up against this insane proposal."

uh not quite. DaLay, my Rep Lamar Smith and many others are against it.

WRITE-IN TANCREDO AND VOTE CONSTITUTION IN NOVEMBER.

That is tempting. In TN you can vote in any party's primary regardless of affiliation just as long as you vote in only one primary election. In 2000 I voted for Keyes in the GOP primary and then Phillips (Constitution Party) in the general.

Is Tancredo Pro-Life?

"I made the mistake of voting for Perot in 1992 and was "treated" to 8 years of slime in the White House."

I have never ever ever regretted voting for Republicans.

The correct vote in 1992 was GHW Bush. The correct vote in 1996 was Dole. The correct vote in 2000 was Bush.

I sometimes regret some of their decisions, but I never have regretted mine in supporting them.

The Republicans are the only way to stop the Democrat party's push towards socialism.

JMHO.

"There are NO third choices"

There is in a way. Make Bush think he's lost the support of millions of voters. Make him decide between possible voters and his friends in the U.S. and Mexican elite. Don't let him take you for granted, which is what he and Rove are clearly doing.

"The Republicans are the only way to stop the Democrat party's push towards socialism."

I wouldn't be so sure about that anymore.

"Bush has done a lot to secure the borders, which is not being reported."

What has he done about workplace enforcement? (Answer: nothing).

"Tancredo's got a career -- he's not stupid."

but you're allowed to be with your vote. hmmmm.

The write-in Tancredo movement is a protest, a message."

The message is - "I am throwing away my vote"

"but he should know that we're on to him. "

Write a letter to the paper then. send an email to president@whitehouse.gov

"He waited to announce this proposal after all the deadlines had passed to avoid a Buchanan-like primary challenge."

Um no. He's been cooking something up since 2000.

Given recent budgets, it seems that the Republicans are out-doing the Democrats' socialism. With additional domestic spending programs, they certainly aren't stopping it.

I am working overseas and normally my Republican friends and relatives don't dwell heavily on politics in their emails to me. But Bush's illegal immigration plan has stirred them (and me, too!) up like nothing else. Right now, we are all pretty frustrated to see the Republican leadership make such a foolish, dangerous mistake regarding our long-term national security.

The supposed " Conservative " third parties, have little to NOTHING to offer. They've been around for decades, and going back to the Birchers, are fools at best, lunatics more than likely.

You fell for Ross the cretin with an over sized ego, wrapped far too tightly with tinfoil, Pat, the Isloantinist KNOW-NOTHING, destroyer of the Reform Party, nepotist extroninaire, and you have the temerity to tell the rest of us what's what ? ROTFLMSO

And, in the interest of factual history, fringe parties ( on the right ) are attracting less and less and LESS of the populace!

None of them, Bush included. Because there is no choice, you ask us to reward this treason in Bush just because they are all treasonous? No thanks, I'll pass.
