Clark was responding to a teacher who complained that underfunding of the federal No Child Left Behind Act was driving up local property taxes. Clark said he would fully fund the act and reform it, reducing the financial burden on communities.

My gosh...

New Hampshire: Clark's solution suggested to a teacher who complained that children were driving up local property taxes.

“If the children at Waco had lived instead of being burnt alive by Clark's weaponry,
those burned-alive children would today be in their teens and 20's
and they each would have been Democrats with happy smiles
admiring the clever work of Democratic Candidate Gen. Wesley Clark.”

I think Clark would do better if he just stopped talking and let his handlers come out first and tell everyone what he meant to say if they had let him talk.

LACONIA, N.H. (AP) — Democratic presidential contender Wesley Clark said Saturday that one reason New Hampshire property taxes are high is the state has no income or general sales tax.

Looking south we have Massachusetts which has HIGH property taxes, sales taxes, and income taxes. Some difference are that Massachusetts pays its representatives a lot more than New Hampshire, Democrats own the House and Senate, and we have Ted the drunk Kennedy. At least New Hampshire still has two competing parties.

The fact that even a small number of democrats/sheeple support Clark gives me shivers.

The man is clearly a stupid pawn of the Clintoons and without their help, the man wouldn't be smart enough to figure his way out of a paper bag!

>>After gingerly touching on the issue, the retired Army general quickly backed off.

Tax lovers like Clark remind me of one of the "Whammies" on the original version of the game show PRESS YOUR LUCK. A "Whammy" politician behind a podium says, "If elected, I promise to raise your taxes!"--and gets a pie in the face.

[Front-runner Howard Dean says President Bush's tax cuts didn't really help the middle class because they were offset by increases in property taxes and the rising cost of health care and college tuition.]

It seems that Dean believes that it would be far better for the middle class to cover the increases in property taxes and the rising cost of health care and college tuition without the approximate $2000 dollar tax break that most of them received. Or did I read his statement wrong?
