$24 million? My bet is that Fastow has 5 times that amount burried around the world. You can check the last several Enron proxy statements and see how much he was making. If the scam was writing debts against foreign entities, there are probably some entities that belong to Fastow or his dog.

I also bet that Ken Lay has called Willie and asked if he still had any pull for a pardon and, if so, how much would it cost. Lay probably knew what Willie's answer was, but would also be willing to pay Willie for the contact number of the guy who did Vince Foster.

I worked in a large Corp. and the premise that the Chairman, the CEO would not know about such things is not believable to me.

The Corp. has an Internal Audit Deptartment. The B. of D. has various committees, including Financial and Audit, for example.

And there were whistleblowers, which Lay knew of I recall.

I think when it is final, the higher-ups did know, are lying now about not knowing.

will send to him to prison for up to 10 years.

That's the first time I saw "up to" in an article -- I thought it was 10 years no probation. Wouldn't surprise me if he walks in 3.

If he admitted conspiracy, it takes at two to tango, wonder who the others might be?

Who's Willy? Bill Clinton? Both Bill and Bush are friends of Lay's. Amazing, isn't it?

Neither Lay nor Jeff Skilling, Enron's former chief executive officer, has been charged with any crimes."

It's only a matter of time Kenny and Jeff.
