'Nobody deserves to die like that'

Tray Owen was a vivacious, fiesty bighearted woman--but one who was on a downward spiral as she struggled with addiction and a failed relationship, family members said.

As the 32 year-old house cleaner's personal life suffered, she distanced herself from her family, and some siblings said they hadn't seen her in years.

Her brother, David Owen, was the closest to her. He said yesterday that he last saw his sister about four weeks ago when he ran into her on Murfreesboro Pike. When he saw her, he said, he didn't realize she was in the late stages of pregnancy.

The next time he heard of his sister was Monday, after she was shot five times and killed early that morning on Plus Park Boulevard near Murfreesboro Pike near Interstate 24. Police said two men charged in her death told police they killed the woman because they thought they had hit her with her pickup truck and were afraid they would get in trouble.

"SNIP"

Antonio DeJesus Idelfonso, 17, and Eliseo Marcelino Quintero, are charged in Tracy Owen's slaying and could face an additional charge in the killing of Owen's unborn child, detectives said.

The men told police they killed Owen because they thought they had hit her with their pickup truck and didn't want to get in trouble.

Marcelino-Quintero told police he bought the .22 caliber pistol used in the killing for $80 from a man on Thompson Place a few weeks before the shooting, Detective Marvin Rivera said yesterday.

The men worked odd jobs for subcontractors and were in the country illegaly, Rivera said.

The invasion is well under way and going to plan. IT CAN'T BE STOPPED.

I am sad to say that I feel a certain macabre relief knowing I will not be around to see the America I love in another 30 years.

Sadly... I agree.

Your post is right on the money. America in 30 years will be the Mexico/Central America of today and their laws and culture will be our laws and culture. When the Hispanic population is the majority in this country, does anyone REALLY believe our Constitution, laws and culture will still reflect our Founding Fathers' vision and intent?

I feel the same way. I'm also very, very glad I have no children or grandchildren.

I'll be here. And, it can be (will be) stopped in the same manner in which any invasion is stopped. If you get my drift.

Well.. you know most politicians can't get to high position and be 'true'.. Most are self-serving and beholden .. there are very few statesmen..

I have become skeptical about most things of late. This Bush proposal.. it is inevitable.. it will be revamped.. to become palatible to Americans.. people will think they've 'won' but the truth is.. it'll be packaged so most won't realize what is happening.. : (

Maybe not so macabre. I see it the same way.

Maybe not, but I for one, will not give in to that notion.

Gentlemen, there are millions of us sitting here pondering the same question. Namely, "What can be done?"

At some point soon the outrageous will happen, the government will do nothing, and then you will know the time is here.

Someone will take the first shot, either them or us, and then it's on. Only this time we won't let them have Mexico City back.

The first lesson that Mexican illegal aliens (criminal invaders) learn in the USA is that just like back in Mexico, the laws don't matter.

They break the law every day, they buy forged ID, they work illegally, and not only nothing happens, word gets around that the police have been told NOT to harrass or stop or (Gof fobid) arrest them for their many daily crimes.

No wonder they treat our nation like their toilet. We don't even demand the respect of a sovereign nation. We act like a drunken strung-out harlot, on her back in an alley, legs spread, who just can't quite figure out why she keeps getting raped.

We teach the illegals every day that the laws do not apply to them. So why should they respect ANY of our laws?
