A.)The event is held every year on the day Dr. Kings birthday is observed to show the contrast between M.L.K.s dream and Jesse Jacksons nightmare. view repudiation flyerRev. Jesse Lee Peterson is the author of this event and has said, "We will repudiate Jesse Jackson until he repents for his forty-year legacy of scamming America!"
Jesse Jackson has suffered a significant loss of prestige since BOND launched its inaugural repudiation event in January of 2000. That first event came in the wake of one of Jacksons frequent efforts to create racial hatred. Six black high school students in Decatur, Illinois had been expelled after going on a rampage at a football game. Characteristically, Jesse Jackson stood up for the thugs, not the innocent students. BOND stood up for the innocent students.
At our second "National Day of Repudiation of Jesse Jackson" in January of 2001, we had just gone through a horrendous battle in Florida over dimpled chads. Jackson had done his best to create racial unrest there. He made false claims that Republicans had intimidated black voters and he demanded a federal investigation. Jackson also accused the Supreme Court of engineering a coup detat to place President Bush into power.
But in January of 2001, it was reported that Jackson had maintained a secret four-year adulterous affair with a former aide resulting in a child, and large payments being made to the aide.
On December 10, 2001, Rev. Peterson was physically attacked at a meeting in Los Angeles sponsored by Jacksons Rainbow/PUSH Trade Bureau, which included representatives of Toyota. As a result of the attack, Rev. Peterson filed a lawsuit against Jackson, Rainbow/PUSH, Jacksons son Jonathan, and Judge Greg Mathis of "The Judge Mathis Show." We are expecting to go to court soon.
News reports also surfaced in early January of 2002, while BOND geared up for its third "repudiation day," that Jacksons number of employees had shrunken drastically. Rainbow/PUSH, the Wall Street Project, and the Citizenship Education Fund had all been downsized. Wall Street executives were also beginning to question his patriotism after the September 11th, 2001 terrorist attack. Jackson had opposed the U.S. bombing campaign in Afghanistan and called U.S. Attorney General John Ashcroft a "terrorist suspect."
Journalist Kenneth Timmerman released his blockbuster book "Shakedown" in early 2002, detailing numerous Jackson misdeeds. The book was a bestseller, and highlighted BOND and Rev. Petersons work in the first and final chapters. The success of the book cast a further cloud over Jackson. By the time BONDs Fourth Annual National Day of Repudiation was held in January of 2003, Jesse Jacksons clout was in full decline (except in many black churches, where he still received standing ovations!).
This years "5th Annual National Day of Repudiation of Jesse Jackson" on Monday, January 19th, 2004, promises to be our best repudiation ever! Rev. Peterson has released his blockbuster book "SCAM," which has blown the lid off of Jackson, exposing him in full light as the racist scam artist that he is. Lets really shine the spotlight on Jackson this January! BOND will be announcing further details regarding this event in the coming weeks. Watch our website bondinfo.org for "repudiation" updates. Send us your name and email address if youd like to be on our email update list. view repudiation flyer
We believe that our "repudiation" events have had a major impact on exposing Jesse Jackson and his evil deeds. These events have encouraged Americans of all races to come forward and speak out against this evil man, and on behalf of improved race relations.
We aim to make "black rage" and "white fear" relics of the past!
The momentum has been building. Increasingly, we are exposing the real Jesse Jackson. This year lets make a statement no one can ignore.
We need everybody to come out to our 5th Annual "National Day of Repudiation" Monday, January 19th in Los Angeles, and bring friends! We also need your financial support to make this "repudiation" a huge success, and to help us continue our critical work.BOND is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization, and we have never received any government funding, as we fiercely guard our independence. We have fought a thirteen-year battle against Jesse Jackson and other corrupt "leaders" with a fraction of the funding that they receive.

WASHINGTON, Jan. 12 /U.S. Newswire/ -- The following letter was sent today to John Thain, the incoming NYSE Chief Executive Officer, by Peter Flaherty, president of the National Legal and Policy Center:
On September 29, 2003, we asked that the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) cease and desist from further support for Jesse Jackson and/or his organizations
On October 23, 2003, media reports indicated that the NYSE had denied Jackson use of the Exchange floor for a fundraising gala connected to the 7th Annual Rainbow/PUSH Wall Street Project Conference that takes place January 13-15, 2004 in New York City, but that the NYSE would remain a financial supporter. This response is unacceptable. Richard Grasso needlessly alienated Exchange members, government officials, and the investing public by providing significant financial support, and the prestige of the Exchange, to Jesse Jackson and his organizations. On September 14, 2003, NLPC asked Grasso to resign in light of his 'greed' and association with Jackson.
NYSE's involvement with Jackson appears to be through the so- called Citizenship Education Fund (CEF), Jackson's largest 'nonprofit' group, and the sponsor of his annual Wall Street Conference. CEF is the subject of a formal Complaint we filed with the Internal Revenue Service on February 28, 2001, which is pending.
We allege that Jackson, his family and friends have improperly benefited from CEF, in violation of CEF's tax-exempt status. To read the Complaint, go to http://nlpc.org/gip/010228ir.htm.
National Legal and Policy Center (NLPC) has mobilized thousands and thousands of citizens in successful campaigns to get Toyota, and most recently NASCAR, to end support for Jackson. Go to http://nlpc.org/nascar.asp. I have enclosed clippings regarding NASCAR.
NLPC sponsors the Corporate Integrity Project. Our October 6, 2003 Complaint to the Inspector General of the Defense Department, on which an October 7 front-page Wall Street Journal article was based, led to the firing of Boeing CFO Michael Sears and the resignation of CEO Philip Condit.
You have a responsibility to end questionable practices by the NYSE. We ask you to act without further delay.

Jesse Jackson Missteps
Again
Jeff Adams
Jesse Jackson, king of the victomologists, is always looking for a way to keep his face in the spotlight, and thereby maintaining his ability to keep money coming into his coffers for the various charitable organizations he runs. Anyone with half a brain realizes that Jackson primarily functions as a shakedown artist, and that he has lost any real credibility as an advocate for equality and true civil rights.
The biggest gaff Jackson had was when the news broke that he had a mistress who gave birth to Jacksons illegitimate child, and that Jackson used money from one of his organizations to buy her off. Since then, Jackson has had a hard time getting in the news legitimately (no pun intended), and has focused on his protection racket for financing his extravagant lifestyle.
Jackson often gets his name in the news by standing by blacks who run into trouble of some kind. I wouldnt have a problem with this if Jesse was using his personal stature and credibility to help someone being unfairly harassed or abused, rather than using the news-worthy notoriety of the abused individual to pump up his own visibility in the press. Recently two events took place, both involving black men, that provided Jackson with an opportunity, as well as a choice, to regain some semblance of credibility. Jackson had the choice of standing up and defending someone of great notoriety, or a humble servant of the people. Who do you think he chose? Here are the two people:
Michael Jackson The famous singer who has amassed a great fortune, and is called the King of Pop. Michael Jackson is accused of being a pedophile, again. Last time he faced charges, he bought his way out of trouble to the tune of $25 million. This celebrity has lived a freakish fantasy life, and supposedly has gotten away with his penchant for pedophilia for years, with the possibility that he has slept with over 300 children.
Lt. Col. Allen West U.S. Army officer that used intense interrogation techniques (put a gun to the head of an Iraqi) to get information that ended up saving his troops from a planned ambush. In return for almost twenty years of distinguished service and saving the lives of his men in a combat situation, the U.S. Army threatened to court-martial Colonel West. As of this writing, the military appears to be willing to settle for an Article 15 and allowing Colonel West to retire. Not exactly how the U.S. government should treat a loyal, faithful, and well-decorated servant of its armed forces.
It has been reported that Jesse Jackson has come out in defense of Michael Jackson, but nary a word has been hear from Jesse on what he thinks of the shoddy treatment given to Lt. Col. West. Why? Why would the reverend Jackson not stand up for a fine Christian man who has served with great distinction in the armed forces, yet quickly rush to the defense of a celebrity with a ghoulish face and bizarre lifestyle?
As Rush Limbaugh would say, Follow the money. Jesse sees that the media is paying much more attention to Michael Jackson, than Allen West. Our land has become celebrity obsessed, and hardly gives true heroes a second thought. Michael Jackson has millions of dollars to pass around, while Lt. Col West, at best, makes a comfortable middle-class living. Cameras are always pointed Michaels way, but all Ive seen of Colonel West is the occasional display of his official military photo.
Who knows, perhaps Jesse made his services available to Colonel West and West declined, wishing not to soil himself by being associated with a con artist. My guess is that Jesse Jackson never gave Allen West a second thought. Lt. Col. Allen West has a record that shows him to be a well-educated man with a record of honor, integrity and strong sense of duty. How could Jesse Jackson stand next to a man like that and expect to be even noticed?
Jesse Jackson could have at least tried. In the end, Jesse missed out on a great opportunity to redeem at least some sense of credibility and integrity. He could have stood up for a man obviously being done wrong by the military system, which has gone almost totally PC. Jesse chose to pursue the shallow, transient things in life: celebrity and finances. When Michael Jacksons fame has faded, and Jesses attempt to bank on it has passed on, Lt. Col. West will have something worth much more than silver or gold: a good name, a good record, and a true legacy to pass onto his children. Jesse could have profited in many ways by associating with people like Lt. Col. West. Instead he went the path of the prostitute, and chose dirty money. He blew it again.
BOND has promised FREEDOM to the Oppressed Peoples Within.
Great way to put it...Happy new year A.R.
