I think the Supremes will take a pass -- I don't think they don't want to meddle with the Leglative Branch's voting fights again.

I say they don't for the same reason. The 'rats have raked SCOTUS over the coals for 3 1/2 years for interfering in state electoral laws.

It's 4 justices needed to grant cert, right?...so, it's a given...the minority will want the opportunity to politicize the issue...

These Texas democrats, who never understand defeat, will try to take this to the UN. There is never an end to any dispute until the dispute is settled in their favor. These democrats are so frusrated right now, I would not be surprised to see hostage-taking before it's all over. They will not give up.

I have a feeling the SCOTUS will pass on this as they do on most redistricting cases. They usually stay out of it unless there is a major Constitutional issue involved and there aren't any in the Texas case.
