From the much republished article: (you can read the whole article on SFGate)
Attempts to suppress protesters become more disturbing in light of the Homeland Security Department's recommendation that local police departments view critics of the war on terrorism as potential terrorists. In a May terrorist advisory, the Homeland Security Department warned local law enforcement agencies to keep an eye on anyone who "expressed dislike of attitudes and decisions of the U.S. government." If police vigorously followed this advice, millions of Americans could be added to the official lists of suspected terrorists.
The section actually reads... May show arrogance and hatred toward Americans through bragging, expressed dislike of attitudes and decisions of US government, superiority of religious beliefs, and difficulty tolerating proximity to those hates (e.g., waiting in a grocery store line becomes intolerable).
I encourage the reading of Raindrops' webpage to see the rest of the context.

I believe that free speech zones are wrong no matter which administration is doing it; but making your point by misquoting a source by taking it completely out of context is even more wrong.
I'm not sure if he was just repeating what others have said and took it for granted that this was an actual fact, or if he purposefully misquoted it.

This guy apparently has spoken before the DC freeper group according to previous threads. And emerged unscathed? I guess we're not the quite the hate group we're purported to be...

Yes, but they are having trouble figuring out how e-mail works so they are just going to harass some pro-lifers and some citizen militias.

Nahh, they know how to use e-mail, but their laptop is stuck in the machine at the airport. It appears the machine detected an almanac in electronic form...
