Located in Malaysia at an ISP: "ACME-INTERNET, Cyberjaya" which hosts DOZENS of other terrorist sites -- including Hamas-online,   Finsbury Parks' Abu Hamza,   the Izzedeen Martyrs Brigade,  Qoqaz (the Chechen Mujhadeen), al-Ansar,  .... just to name a few.  

The website appears to be supported by providing "hacked-cracked-warz" (illegal copies of commercial software) from companies such as Microsoft XP, Windows Enterprise Server, Adobe Photoshop / Premere, Norton Anti-virus, ... etc.  

Malaysian police, counter-terrorism, and security officials appear to look the other way. (Have they been paid off?)  This ISP has hosted the terror sites for the past year.

However, perhaps we're being too hard on the Malaysians.  Yahoo hosts many terror sites and groups too -- as well as Al-Qaeda's GlobalIslamicMedia. Yahoo is in Sunnyvale Calif.    U.S. police, counter-terrorism, and security officials appear to look the other way.
