'Twas the night before Christmas,
where all across the web,
Not a Diva was stirring,
most all were in their beds.
Our virtual stockings were hung,
on our pages with care.
In hopes that our sister's gifts,
would soon be placed there.
The Divas were all dreaming,
about the pages they had done.
While visions of HTML tags,
through their heads did run.
And Kathryn in her jammies,
and I in my gown,
had just gotten into bed,
and were just settling down.
When out on my computer,
I heard a small crash.
I sprang from my bed,
down the hall I did dash.
Away to my desk chair, quick as could be.
Grabbing my mouse, and banging my knee.
The glow from the screen, was as white as snow.
What exactly was happening, I did not know.
When, what to my wandering eyes should appear.
It was a tiny little Santa Claus,
on my computer screen,
right here!
He jingled, and jangled, as he started to move.
This little Santa, was in the groove!
He was quick as he worked, filling stockings galore.
He had lots of graphics, I couldn't wait to see more!
He turned and saw me,
just sitting there staring.
He certainly was small,
but he seemed to be caring.
He winked and he turned, as he quickly worked.
Filling each Diva's stocking, he then turned with a jerk.
And smiling and laughing,
he was starting to fade.
But just before he left,
I heard him say:
"Merry Christmas to All,
and to All Divas...
A Great Christmas Day!"
