As much as I hate the beast and applaud this trooper, he can get into a lot of trouble. For just fricken WHAT??? Maybe he was making a wish to get to see his family back home soon. Even is his fingers were crossed to keep away her witchy joo-joo, SO FRICKEN WHAT? What exactly can he get into "trouble" for?

He's a PFC, no question whatsoever, although if your not used to the DCUs it could be hard to read at that angle. As far as his bearing, I'd offer two observatations.
He appears confident, even in the face of overwhelming evil and terrible personal danger. From that (and the wings and the patch) it is obvious that he is an airborne soldier.
He's not afraid to brazenly stab his enemies in the back while standing right in front of them. From this clever, sneaky maneuver, I would assume that he is MI, and one with potential. (That's just a guess, of course.)

She(I gag when I say this) is a US Senator and this might be construed as disrespectful.

It's hard to see his rank, but I think you are correct....I wonder if this was in Afghanistan...I know some of the 10th Mtn posed for pics with her.

He was in the 82nd Airborne when the pic was taken, since he's got his 82nd patch on his left arm (with his name facing away from the camera, heh heh heh).

Exactly!
But he, a bright looking, and very handsome young man in uniform might have been "ordered" to pose with the enemy.
When the enemy attempts to use you for propoganda, you are encouraged to make some small sign of protest, in order to prove duress.
The moral of the story would be for Ms.Clinton not to attempt to use men in uniform for propoganda purposes, against their will.
But it might be photoshopped.
LOL! Still its a good one!

his finger looks extended to me. Again, I must ask: SO WHAT? Even if he did, it is not against the law or against any Army regulations for an enlisted man to give the birdy to a present Senator or former First Lady.

I can't argue Army regulations, but I'll ask my hubby who is a 1sgt in Iraq if he will respond when he gets the chance....like I said, this could be construed as disrespectful(especially by the beast)...
Old Sarge...what say you?
