Cause she don't know the difference between and O-7 and an E-3.You may want to look at that Interservice ranks chart again. (A captain can be an 06 [Navy/CG] or an 03 [other services], but never an O7.

It might just be my 55 yr old eyes, but those look like horizontal Captain's bar's on that left lapel to me... First, he doesn't look like a PFC (I had my doubts about what everyone was saying). I'm sorry, he has the air of a Captain, us old military scofflaws can smell an officer a mile away. I blew up the corner of his lapel and it does appear to be black Captain bars, not a PFC stripe (the old shinny ones attract snipers it seems).

Shaking her hand with his fingers crossed means he does not really mean it. And he does not have a smile but a smirk on his face. Hil is not liked within the Armed Forces.

I admire everyone who has ever stood up to the Clintons
down through the years. From Henry Hyde & the House to the
young Mogadishu soldier's father who told Clinton to his
face that he was unfit to be Commander-in-Chief, the women
who stood up & told the truth about his violence, the
couple detained by the SS for loudly criticizing Clinton in
a crowd (free speech out the window). I know there are more,
but everyone who cowers before these two paper tiger, nude
emperors only empowers them more to oppress more.
