I say they forfeited their claim when they made no effort to help keep the illegals out.
Facilitating a felony IS a felony, so facilitating this invasion should also have consequences.
At the least we must subtract the cost of pandering to, and incarcerating, the invaders from the potential funds.
If we do that Mex. will owe US billions!

Perhaps so, but crossing the border without an entry visa is more often than not a misdemeanor offense.
