23% is fantastic! We just completed day three and that included a weekend.

Maybe I'm nuts, but I don't think I remember ever being this high in three days before (except after 9/11).

Of course, approaching $9,000 a month in monthlies has to be a big factor.

Gotta love those monthly donors!!!!

I'm listening to Calrk on FNC talk about his tax plan

He is such a whack job

Earlier Carl Camerson said the Kerry Camp is complaining that the Dean Camp are spreading rumors that Kerry's cancer came back

Things are heating up

The bad news is he can do what he is planning to do.

the good news is he can only do so if the Health Department signs off on the perk tests for installation of wells and septic systems for each lot.

Further good news is that probably won't happen because of the long term agricultural use of the land and the chicken houses that are on the adjacent property.

However if there is bad news and they do perk - he can only put in about 10, 12 at the most along the road frontage, unless he wants to build roads - and then the highway department gets involved.

I'm not finished with this yet...........if nothing else - I can make it a long drawn out process for him by questioning/opposing EVERYTHING he does.

And I think I may have already started making his life difficult - the woman I was dealing with was familiar with all the names of the property owners, but not his and wasn't aware of any permits for all the renovations being done on the main house on the property. I have a feeling she is going to take a look into it.

If he didn't get permits .. he's got trouble

Me, too. Or at least without some additional info.

There is the possibility that the guy is an unlucky sap who had two traffic tickets close together (thus the outstanding ticket), but the odds are greater that he got his butt hauled off to jail because he had an FTA (Failure to Appear [for court]) warrant outstanding on the earlier offense. There can always be exceptions (and, as so many just love to point out on FR, there are some police officers who are real meanies out to get you), but the odds are that if the reason was an FTA, he's not a real dependable (or insurable) guy. Of course, maybe he just spent the night in jail because of the outstanding previous offense, he was driving without a license. (Note: That isn't a good thing either.) ;)
