What is going on with BA? Something is up or either we know something that must be serious.

We'll find out one day that it was only a couple of Arab kids in a chatroom posing as jihadists and throwing out random flight numbers.

I think you hit it. The cancellation of the flight to Saudi got me thinking along those lines.
To: matrix2225
Sure seems it. Looks like media has been blocked from knowing ANYTHING.

It seems they're trying to flush out the bad guys by seeing who panics when the plans are changed at the last minute. I'm thinking the bad guys are internal to BA and this continue to cause them to sweat.

I agree with your analysis, Solson.

Remember when US send warning to french what they did make it public. I think you right they keep this tight. What I find it is very unusual though; let us see how this unfolds. There have been warning before and it started in Saudi Arabia something is going on.

Sure seems it. Looks like media has been blocked from knowing ANYTHING. This is a good thing. We need to hunt them down, extract information, and exploit said info before the media publishes it. What is going on is fairly obvious though, in a general sense. alQaeda is believed to have infiltrated foreign airlines and has promised to deliver WMDs to the US for a devastating attack.

Problem at BA, at Heathrow, or both?

It's got to be something internal. They just escorted a BA flight with F-16s into Dullas. Sounds to me like there is a BA pilot who's a member of Al Qaeda.
To: McGavin999
There was supposed to be a
BA flight that took off this morning that was supposed to arrive at around 4 pm today. I bet that is the one that they are escorting in.

Sounds to me like there is a BA pilot who's a member of Al Qaeda. I don't think so: it would be too easy to check and stop an actual BA pilot. IMHO it's probably BA ground crew, working in conjunction with passengers. The combination of the two would explain why specific flight numbers appear to be targeted.

IMHO it's probably BA ground crew, working in conjunction with passengers. I think they've figured out how to put nukes on a 747-probably in Pakistan (BA flies LHR-Islamabad).
I would be very interested to know if BA has an airframe + powerplant maintenance facility at Islamabad, or elsewhere in Pakistan (FReasearch, anyone?).
They aren't going to crash the planes-they want airbursts this time.

They aren't going to crash the planes-they want airbursts this time Not a pleasant thought. What makes you think this?
