ANTI-HILLARY PROJECT MAY NEED FREEPER HELP

FReepers, I am sorry that I am not able to provide too many details. A group I know that has been a source of news items for me in the past, has a project that may be able to stop Hillary Clinton once and for all. They do not want too much info out there for the enemy to see.

The group may need some help doing research. The reasearch must be impeccable. No mistakes can be made. The head of the group has seen the series I did of 30 articles called THE REAL HILLARY CLINTON.

The purpose of the project is to expose once and for all the real Hillary Clinton. The real Hillary Clinton is not the one that is seen in public. If people get to know the real Hillary Clinton as we know her, it will scare the hell out of all but the true believers.

With the talent on this forum, we may be able to help do the research that is needed. An example would be finding a nurse from the Georgetown University medical center who will go on record that Hillary's photo-op with sick children was totally phony. The kids in the picture were really children of staff members. The sick kids would not have been a good enough photo-op for her.

I hope we can get people to come out of the woodwork for this effort. Juanita Broaddrick has told us how Hillary grabbed her wrist and held onto her a few weeks after she was raped by Hillary's husband. We need to hear from Paul Fray, the guy who was called an Effing Jew B*stard. He passed a lie detector exam, and she has publicly denied it. We need to here from Jerome Zeifman, chief Democratic counsel during the Nixon inquiry. He did not give a referral to two of the lawyers who worked for the committee -- Bernie Nussbaum and Hillary Rodham.

I am sure that Dick Morris has lots of good stuff to share. There should be many, many others who finally want to set the record straight. If all the public learns about the real Hillary Clinton, her aspirations for national office will finally be shattered.

Please check in on this thread if you can be of help. Perhaps this could become the longest running thread ever on FreeRepublic. Thanks.

Does anyone know someone who served on the secret Health Care task force of her Highness? It would be helpful to find someone who has the details and who now dislikes here.

I am hoping that people on the inside will come forward. In a previous post, I was hoping for someone who served on the Health Care task force. Getting info from someone on the inside who saw what went on would be helpful. Having Paul Frey (the FJB) come forward and take another polygraph might be helpful. Someone who actually worked for Hillary and now knows of her danger could be very helpful. Yes, there are lots of reports out there. The group wants stuff that can be documented and stand up to scrutiny.

There are well over 100,000 people who have signed up on this site. They all have circles of contacts. This is a great place to start for gathering info and possibly getting some insiders.

Judge Finds Misconduct in Health-Care Case

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A federal judge has ordered the government to pay nearly $286,000 in legal fees because of White House and Justice Department misconduct in a lawsuit seeking documents from the Clinton administration's health-care task force.

"The court finds clear and convincing evidence that sanctions should be imposed because of the government's misconduct in this case," U.S. District Judge Royce Lamberth wrote in awarding the attorneys' fees Thursday.

The ruling meant the money must be paid to the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons and two other groups which filed the lawsuit in 1993, seeking access to the task force's records.

Lamberth singled out Ira Magaziner, formerly the top White House health- care adviser, for misleading the court in a 1993 sworn statement about the makeup of the task force.

The U.S. attorney in 1995 declined to prosecute Magaziner for perjury for stating that all members of the task force were government employees.

The judge said the Justice Department "succumbed to pressure from White House attorneys and others" to provide the court with "strained interpretations" about the task force.

He rebuked the Justice Department for failing to correct the inaccuracies in Magaziner's statement.

"It is clear that the decisions here were made at the highest levels of government and the government itself is -- and should be -- accountable when its officials run amok. There were no rogue lawyers here misleading this court," Lamberth wrote in the 19-page ruling.

"The executive branch of the government, working in tandem, was dishonest with this court," he said.

In perhaps his harshest comment, the judge concluded, "It seems that some government officials never learn that the cover-up can be worse than the underlying conduct."

The lawsuit became irrelevant when the Justice Department in 1994 decided to make public all of the task force documents. The health care initiative was led by first lady Hillary Rodham Clinton, but her proposals were abandoned in the face of opposition in Congress.

Some Commentary from the Plaintiff:

White House & Department of Justice Guilty of Misconduct and Cover Up, Says Judge; Sanctions Imposed in AAPS v. Hillary Clinton

TUCSON, Ariz., Dec. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Pointing a legal finger directly at the White House, Department of Justice and the "highest levels of government," a federal judge today imposed sanctions, ordering the government to pay more than $285,000 to the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS).

"We're elated that justice has finally been reached, but distressed that this shows a continuing course of misconduct by this Administration and the Department of Justice," said AAPS attorney,Thomas Spencer.

The order issued by Judge Royce Lamberth of the District Court for the District of Columbia finally brings a close to litigation initiated in February 1993, AAPS v. Hillary Clinton, contending that the President's Health Care Task Force operated illegally, relying on private advisors and meeting in secret.

For more than three years, the Administration and Department of Justice claimed that task force working groups consisted entirely of only full time government employees. Subsequent release of task force documents proved that claim to be false. But Judge Lamberth found that the Executive Branch and Department of Justice attorneys knew that claim to be false, but did nothing to correct the record, thereby prolonging litigation.

"It seems that some government officials never learn that the cover- up can be worse than the underlying conduct,"
writes Judge Lamberth.
"Most shocking to this court, and deeply disappointing,is that the Department of Justice would participate in such conduct... this type of conduct is reprehensible, and the government must be held accountable for it."

Judge Lamberth squarely places the blame on the White House and its lawyers, including Vincent Foster:

" ... It is clear that the decisions here were made at the highest levels of government, and the government itself is -- and should be -- accountable when its officials run amok. There were no rogue lawyers here misleading the court. The court agrees with plaintiffs that these were not reckless and inept errors taken by bewildered counsel. The Executive Branch of the government, working in tandem, was dishonest with this court, and the government must now face the consequences of its misconduct."

"This is a sad victory," said AAPS spokesperson, Kathryn Serkes."We're relieved and pleased to have our claims of an illegal coverup corroborated. But its a shame that the victory comes at a cost to the American people. If the White House and Department of Justice had told the truth from the beginning and this prolonged and expensive litigation could have been avoided."

"Its too bad those guilty of this misconduct don't have to pay the bill -- instead of the taxpayers. Perhaps now that they've finally been accountable for at least one of their scandals, they'll learn their lesson -- a cover up is a cover up whether its in the basement files of the White House or in a federal courtroom".

I can say this. If the project is successful as they have described it to me, Hillary will no longer be able to hide behind a public facade. People everywhere will know what she is really about.

Please God let this happen!

I would get her original thesis unsealed from Weslley College.

I firmly believe that is sealed because it would reveal to the world her Marxist views. That is one thing this country has got to know, Hillary Clinton is not a democrat, Hillary Clinton is a MARXIST using the democrat party to gain power!

Too bad you are not the US Attorney General.
Ashcroft is one of hitlery's biggest supporters.
He still refuses to prosecute either klintoon.
He also refused to prosecute reno so she could run against Jeb Bush.
He's setting a poor example for America's youth.
