Flight 68 is supposed to land at 6:05pm local time. If they were really serious, they would be shadowing the flight from the time it entered NORAD airspace over Canada.

Know why they don't set off fireworks at EuroDisney?
Cause everytime they do the French surrender!!
To: BurbankKarl
That's the same flight no. under suspicion before.
Apparently the French did it twice: they questioned and released Richard Reid, so he could get on the next flight and try to blow it up and now they questioned and released the terrorists on Christmas eve and let them loose, so they can try again.

What are they doing, Karl? Verifying the assigned pilot is at the controls? No, the pax eagerly opening their in-flight meal containers and plasticware pouches, to get to those white flags.

Please give usupdates, as you get them
To: MediaMole
It's only 4 PST. They can't be far into USA territory at this point - they have over 2 hours to fly still.

You mean "catch and release" doesn't work as well with terrorists as with trout? Sacre Bleu!

FlyteComm lists flight 68 as being on the ground, and not leaving until tomorrow...are you sure, or is this a hoax?
To: baltodog
It seems to be happening right now (3:59 pst, 6:59 est). Details from BurbankKarl are sketchy (ahem).
