One President with a high IQ who achieved his potential was Bill Clinton. Clinton had one of the highest IQs and was a Rhodes scholar, and even his enemies agree he was a very good president. He was a very good president indeed, if having interns blow him while he bombed aspirin factories as a diversion, if incinerating 80 men, women, and children to death in Waco TX, or if covering up the OKC bombing's true cause, TWA 800's reason for crashing, getting more than 900 FBI files in the White House (when one such file caused the downfall of Nixon)... are any indication. And his anti-gun policies were sheer genius at getting fence sitters to become armed and gun-rights activists. Barbara Alice Wise - look her up, and his golf game "scaring ducks." Smart indeed!

What a bunch of garbage. There is a term for this:
Junk Science. Interesting that this fiction has Reagan's IQ higher than Jimmah Carter! Also, it is not "Bush Sr" and "Bush Jr"--the guy who came up with that has watched Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade too many times.
Oh, and this:
Eisenhower.............................114.7
Kennedy................................139.8
Sure--the man who wrote Operation Overlord and defeated the greatest military machine the world had ever known had an IQ below 120?! For JFK, they must have given him 30 extra points for outrageous lust.

LOL - I saw a report that the current President's IQ was measured above the 135 range. He did exceptionally well for someone with Dyslexia before much was known about it.

Didn't Jimmy Carter have a Ph.D. in Nuclear Physics? I would say that ranks him way above Bill Clinton who never finished his Rhodes Scholar program (wasn't he asked ot leave before finishing it?)
Interesting that Clinton, FDR, JFK had the higher IQ's of the century.
