Michael Jackson gets weird on 60 Minutes..tonight 7pm CBS LIVE THREAD
Posted on 12/28/2003 3:32:33 PM PST by Hillary's Lovely Legs
By special request, here is your live thread for the Wacky Michael Jackson 60 Minutes interview.
Michael Jackson is talking.
CBS' "60 Minutes" will air an interview with the pop superstar tonight, marking Jackson's first public comments since his Nov. 20 arrest on suspicion of child molestation.
Ed Bradley interviewed Jackson for about 30 minutes on Christmas Day at a hotel in Los Angeles. Bradley had been pursuing an interview with Jackson even before the molestation charges. The CBS newsman traveled to Jackson's Neverland estate last February for an interview, but Jackson got cold feet and canceled it at the last minute.
Jackson, 45, is charged with seven counts of performing lewd or lascivious acts upon a child under 14 and two counts of administering an intoxicating agent. He remains free on $3 million bail.

My two cents: I don't believe a word that this guy is saying about his treatment by the police.
A. He's too high profile to mistreat and mistreatment by the police is not the norm as some would have you believe. His fan base loves to believe that police mistreat everyone so he has to play that card.
B. While it's true that the police do not clean up after themselves when they execute a search warrant. They certainly don't go out of their way to create havoc for havoc's sake, again, not the norm and I would never belive that the police are going to pick such a high profile warrant service to wreck this particular home.
He's full of doodoo.

MJ: Yeah. And putting it, they put it in a certain position, knowing that it's going to hurt, and affect my back. Now I can't move. I I it keeps me from sleeping at night. I can't sleep at night. He seems to have pretty good range of motion to keep pushing his hair back. He said during the interview (using his arm to demonstrate) that he couldn't move his arm past his chest area. Then five seconds later, he pushed his hair out of the middle of his face. Dumbass.

I couldn't agree more and believe I read that the police brought their own porta-potties during the search. Oh no, Geragos adding more BS to the pot.

It's a little hard to hear him say that money is the root of all evil, looking at some of the things in the backdrop of that shot, and remember the millions-of-dollar shopping spree he went on during the last interview that aired.

I have not belived that dislocated shoulder story from the first time Geragos floated it. Dislocated shoulders are extremely painful, and Jackson couldn't have waved to his fans with a smile if he had been injured that way.

Oh, the way Jesus said! What a #$#*(&.
To: Hillary's Lovely Legs
"That's how we were raised?" What with adult men sleeping with children?
To: A Citizen Reporter
Help me, help me, he is now bringing up that he helps children like Jesus.
I just might slit my wrists, oh wait, that's what Michael will do if he can't sleep with children.

He recently joined the nation of Islam. They believe in Jesus?
A. Talked about police brutality.
B. Talked about his ruined home.
C. Talked about Jesus.
Not appealing to the people that buy his records by any chance is he?

Where are those lightning bolts when we need them??!!!!
To: YaYa123
Some may buy it but according to the polls, over 50% of whites believe he is guilty with a smaller number of blacks believing he's innocent. Sounds like the ole racial divide we had during OJ's trial which is terribly sad.
Has no problem having his own children sleep in a bed with a man facing similar allegations? Hopefully child welfare will take that into consideration.

But don't you know, his mind doesn't run to sex.
That's why he grabs his crotch all the time. Because he doesn't think about sex.
To: Cathryn Crawford
Hell he might be afraid it's gonna fall off, just like his nose.
To: StarFan
Me thinks his surgeon accidently injected his lips with botox. Please (deity), let his doctor screw up just once and administer it intravenous instead of intramuscular ...

Depends on how much plastic surgery he's had done on his penis, I suppose.
