Michael Jackson gets weird on 60 Minutes..tonight 7pm CBS LIVE THREAD
Posted on 12/28/2003 3:32:33 PM PST by Hillary's Lovely Legs
By special request, here is your live thread for the Wacky Michael Jackson 60 Minutes interview.
Michael Jackson is talking.
CBS' "60 Minutes" will air an interview with the pop superstar tonight, marking Jackson's first public comments since his Nov. 20 arrest on suspicion of child molestation.
Ed Bradley interviewed Jackson for about 30 minutes on Christmas Day at a hotel in Los Angeles. Bradley had been pursuing an interview with Jackson even before the molestation charges. The CBS newsman traveled to Jackson's Neverland estate last February for an interview, but Jackson got cold feet and canceled it at the last minute.
Jackson, 45, is charged with seven counts of performing lewd or lascivious acts upon a child under 14 and two counts of administering an intoxicating agent. He remains free on $3 million bail.

I don't know about y'all, but I have had my fill of FOX News. Hourly, their on-air personalities try to out-do each other on the Jackson coverage. Then--the on-air personalities jump to the Mad Cow videos. FOX has really gone into a dung-heap. Who produces these shows? Barnum and Bailey?

I thought that I heard that Geragos encouraged Jackson to do the interview.
Unfortunately the football game is going over. WE NEED JACKSON!!!

How the heck can a 5' 11" guy weigh 120 lbs? I'd kill to be 120 lbs. Heck - I'd kill to be 5' 11".
Can you say ANOREXIA?

What? Geragos encouraged MJ to do a taped interview which could be edited to suit CBS? Didn't he learn anything from both the Bashir and Scott Peterson interview which may come back to haunt them all? Leads me to wonder if he isn't more concerned with dollars MJ may reap when his Special airs which translates into more $$ for himself. IMHO no attorney worth his salt would permit his client to speak to anyone when there's a pending trial.

Hey HLL!
Is it just me or does MJ look like the Batman's nemesis The Joker?</img src>

Does Geragos ever win cases or is he just a loudmouth?

Here's a better one, but not quite the one I'm looking for
To: Hillary's Lovely Legs
LOL! Yeah, one minute he's wearing a mask, walking under an umbrella in the summer sun, dangling his kicking baby over a balcony, trying to re=attach his melting nose, sleeping with dolls and kids, buying mummies and the bones of elephant man, and THEN it REALLY got weird!
To: Ditter
The skin on his nose looks better than it did a while back. The bondo and flesh color paint is just holding up better this time.

Is that Joan Crawford playing Joan Crawford or is it Joan Crawford?

Here is Bette Davis and Joan Crawford.

Yes, but then there is supposed to be a follow-up to this interview. Don't know when it will be aired, but shortly. One that will outline all the great and wonderful things MJ has done for the children his whole life...really..that was the deal..

Mr. Bradley, you understand what kind of discrimination us light-skinned blacks go through.
By the way, do you have any grandsons? Yeah, I'd like to have them over for a sleepover.
