The jury apparent made a mistake on the sentence form and they were told by the judge to go back to the deliberation room. The reporter said that while they were in the courtroom, some of the jurors were very "somber" and "some were crying."

I hope their tears were for the victims and their families and not malvo.

The jury was sent back to fill something out correctly.

"Mr. Jury Foreman, I will only warn you once -- 'FRY THE MOTHERF#CKER' is not an appropriate sentence for you to fill out in this case."

I'd be crying if they didnt fry him. Justice requires an appropriate penalty for ending a dozen lives. Somehow 30 years of cable TV, small cells, and bland food just doesnt do 'justice' to the crime.
