Apparently escaped death. No he hasn't...he'll get the DP from prisoners, not the state, is all.

Hey, if the glove don't fit, you must acquit! The jury system is truly the worst possible, except for all the rest! It may be that the OJ jury took the easy way out. Too bad. Hopefully no one else will be murdered due to their lack of courage.

Wonder where he's going to get all the money for the fines? < /sarcasm >

Barf. Barf. Barf.
Oh well.
Kill people with a sniper's rifle, get convicted, then get 3 hots a day, cable TV and clean sheets for life. Guaranteed.

This would be much less an emotional event for the talking heads had these two murderers been the rednecked, beer-bellied kkk types they were supposed to be.
To: BlessedBeGod
can he be charged in another state for one of the murders?
To: Dog
Ditto!

There are other states and other charges that can be filed.
Young Malvo isn't necessarily out of the woods.

Good. Thanks!

Nope, life without parole on both counts.
he still faces other charges. I want to see how the jury in Alabama will do. He still has other charges in Washington state, Maryland & more counts in Virginia--plus federal court.
