He was just misunderstood and abused, its not his fault he shot people with a rifle.
To: dead
I say his "poor abused child" routine is going to spare him the needle. Reminds me of the Menendez trial. Their defense was that they had awful parents.
Well, like...duh! Their parents did raise two murderers! QED.

I hope it's death, and I hope it hurts like hell. (Of course, it may be 10-12 years before the blessed event actually happens. So, while he waits in prison, I hope he gets raped every day and that hurts like hell too.)

Well a Massachusetts jury handed out their first death sentence since 1947 (federal trial of the "Good Samaritan" killer) earlier today so this seems like a good day for justice. Let's hope the Malvo verdict keeps it a good day.

It was the trauma of life as an undocumented migrant that drove him to act out. John Ashcroft should cut him a big check and an apology.

Judge orders the jury back to decide the Capital Murder.
They only had a decision on the terrorism verdict.

The jury apparent made a mistake on the sentence form and they were told by the judge to go back to the deliberation room. The reporter said that while they were in the courtroom, some of the jurors were very "somber" and "some were crying."

What do they think this is--the SATs? Did they not fill in the bubble completely? Did they use something other than a #2 pencil?
