There are probably ways to have nukes in a "just in time" configuration that cannot be detected by inspectors.

There are probably ways to design nukes that are not identifiable as nukes.

Now France and Germany and Russia are really out in left field. Important things happening for the betterment of the U.S. and the World but those countries have no credit and no glory for all that is going on. Let them sit on the sidelines and bitch about everything as our President and his people make the world a better and safer place for all.
