Thanks for reminding us on conditions in Sudan. They have not changed much since this boy was kidnapped. Nat Hentoff wrote a piece a couple of years ago retelling stories of forced marches where mothers had to watch their infants be nailed to trees with spikes. Gruesome.

This story is a lie, Islam is a religion of peace. There is no slavery in Africa, no murders of Christians in Pakistan and Indonesia. Wahabism in Saudi is a lesson in love. There are no Muslim terrorists in the Philippines, and Afghanistan is a land of peace and tranquility. Iran is not building a nuclear arsenal, Lebanon is a land of tolerance.

If there really was slavery, then Jesse Jackson and Kofi Annan
would have done something to stop it. Right? Wrong.
