The Constitution refers to the pursuit of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, doesn't it? Your desire to die on a hill for Padilla would result in fewer Americans having that right--because they'd be busy dying from the Radiation Bombs Padilla and his ilk set off.

If this stands, Muslim countries will start loading their 9 month pregnant women onto planes so they can land at JFK airport and have their babies while at the US immigration offices, so their new soldiers in the fight against America can have US citizenship and the protection of our court system.
