A federal judge in Buffalo, N.Y., yesterday sentenced Sahim Alwan to 91/2 years in prison on a charge of providing material support to the al Qaeda terrorist organization.
Alwan was the last of six men sentenced in the case as part of a Lackawanna, N.Y.-based "sleeper cell."

Wow! A guy who was gunning for America gets 9.5 years! Well Even if he stays his full sentence. The war will still be in full swing. He might grow his discontent while on the inside, too. Government dropped the ball on this and can't figure what to do with Padilla (lawfully) and just keep him in a brig. Shouldn't a sleeper cell all get the same sentence. We hear that justice will be equal terrorists and financiers alike. What's up here?
