[history]
In a blistering critique of the commander in chief, Clark said that "capturing Saddam Hussein doesn't change the fact that Osama bin Laden is still on the loose."
"If I'd been president, I would have had Osama bin Laden by this time," Clark said at a news conference in Concord, New Hampshire, where he was campaigning for votes in the nation's first primary, January 27.

He's going to be defeated in the prinaries so he won't even get a chance to publicly eat his own words.

He would have bombed the Chinese and Russians until Osama gave up.

Yeah, and if Clark had his way, we would have engaged hostile Russian ground forces at Pristina too.

He added, "We've got a president who will go halfway around the world for a photo opportunity but won't go halfway across town for a funeral for an American serviceman. Despicable. He has so much regard for them that he uses dead servicemen to make poitical points. This man is a worm.

I'm grossed out everytime I see this non-blinking lizard stare into the camera. His appearance is one of not being trusworthy.
His words reinforce this. Hey Weasley, how does it come about that another General has publically stated he wouldn't vote for you? And let's not forget your illustrious "early retirement" from the miitary Wes.
How about some 'splainin' on those issues bucko.

"If I'd been president, I would have had Osama bin Laden by this time," Well gee, Wesley, why don't you just tell us where he is? We promise to give you partial credit.

Wesley Clark getting Osama is somewhat akin to O.J. searching for Nicole's murderer, with about the same amount of success.

"I've been to those funerals. I've comforted families. ... I don't think you can make good policy at the top if you don't understand the impact at the bottom of your organization." Bush has on only two or three occasions met with the families of fallen servicemen and women, most recently at Fort Carson, Colorado, and he has not attended funerals or greeted caskets returning from Iraq.
Where's the evidence Weasley Clark has attended any funerals? Where's the evidence the families of the deceased wanted the president or anyone to attend the funerals?

A week ago the President couldn't catch Saddam or Osama and the war was unjustified, now he doesn't want to catch Osama and the war MAY be justified. I hope our guys catch Osama soon so that they have to come up with something new. They're (they being the Pres. wannabes and any liberal democrat with a microphone) wearing out they're own rhetoric for want of something new.

He's nuts, I tell ya! Completely friggin' nuts!
I expect, if Clark gets anywhere near the nomination, General Hugh Shelton will reveal to the world why Wesley Clark was fired from his leadership role at NATO.

Bwahahaha! Hey, that's a good way for Freepers to get him at his speeches.
Hi, I'm Wesley Clark. If I were president I'd bomb Chinese embassies, Russian soldiers, and cardboard tanks until Osama bin Laden surrendered!
