NEW BRUNSWICK: Authorities say DNA evidence has linked a 32-year-old city man accused of trying to rape a woman at a French Street music store Dec. 6 to six rapes in New Brunswick.

Ricardo Cepates, an illegal immigrant from Honduras who was deported from the United States once before, was charged with being the serial rapist who stalked women in the city since September 2001, authorities said. He was being held today in lieu of $1.25 million bail at Middlesex County Adult Correction Center in North Brunswick.

Cepates was chased down through more than a foot of snow on French Street Dec. 6 by a city man who was aided by others in holding Cepates until police arrived, Middlesex County Prosecutor Bruce Kaplan said.

I've heard that nearly 25% of all U.S. prisoners are illegal aliens.

That's a huge factor to consider in the costs/benefits of illegal immigration. Incarceration, general law enforcement costs, lost work time, medical costs and general human misery created by the enormous army of invaders is almost incalcuable.
