I just hope people don't believe all American-Mexicans support illegal aliens and their spawn.

They should look at why Silvestre Reyes made it to Congress --- he was elected by a mostly Hispanic district because they liked his "Operation Blockade" and "Operation Hold-the-Line" when he was in charge of border patrol. That was the only thing he was known for before running for Congress and that's what got him in. He stood up to the Mexican government too ---- which of course was highly critical of him for these programs. Not all "hispanics" come directly from Mexico ---- many are long-time Americans descended from Native Americans and/or Spaniards who settled here centuries ago. They have little in common with Mexican nationals --- many have never stepped foot in the country of Mexico and have no loyalties to Mexico whatsoever. Also many Americans of Spanish descent don't even speak Spanish anymore.

"...that means they can wave the Mexican flag, shout Viva La Patria (which doesn't mean the USA) and still collect welfare checks, food stamps, vote in USA elections."

In other words, they can do the very same things any native-born American can do?

Freedom truly does scare the hell out of you, doesn't it?

or it could be having pride in your Nations heritage.

Exactly.

My concern was the ignorant use of the "R" word on this forum which is dissappointing since I like to believe that conservatives are a cut above.

I used to think it was ONLY $10,000 per year for each regular child.
A Santa Ana school teacher told me that he was told at a meeting they were out $450 a day if one of those illegals didn't show up to school and get their horrific education.

$25-40 a day is BS., especially in San Diego.

We lose billions a year just educating the children of illegal aliens criminally here.

PS, a third of our jails are filled with violent offenders from Mexico that were here illegally.

Pass on the information and let me know if anyone wants a travel brochure...LOL

Thats great. Its bad enough having our own home-grown moochers and America haters now we are having them imported in.

I have to wonder how many of these kids skipping school are illegals or have parents who are illegal? Either way, they're only hurting themselves in the long run by missing school.

I heard it during the 2000 election, but now I can't find anything about her ethnic background, I could be wrong...

Technically, anyone with spanish-speaking ancestry is Hispanic. It could be a great-great-grandmother, but it still counts. It could be that your mom learned spanish in school, but technically that still counts. It's a made-up term for a made-up victocrat mentality. Laura Bush can claim to be Hispanic as easily as anyone else, and it's just about impossible to disprove. I guess I am Hispanic because an ancestor of mine speaks Spanish. Am I also Anglonic because some ancestors speak English? Am I Danonic because some speak Danish?

CJ is not worthy of my response.

People are here under two circumstances.

Legal and illegal.

Legals belong and deserve a Drivers Test.

Illegals do not belong, are criminals and deserve detainment until they can be deported. If they keep returning then the penalties should escalate up-to and including death.

What a coward.
