One popular saying in politics recommends: Don’t get mad, get even. Many African-Americans are still mad at how the Black vote was undermined in 2000 – and they want to get even.

These Blacks are only mad that their racist attempts to undermine Republican votes in 2000 came under scrutiny.

Exactly right! Until the black community in this country finally figure out that the Democrats do NOT have thier best interest at heart, they will continue to be screwed by the Democrats. It just amazes me how many black people still listen to people like Charlie Rangle, Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, et al...

Actually it has been well documented that one group of blacks was clearly disenfranchised in the 2000 Florida election: black Republicans.

Suppose spoiled or non-voted ballots really did indicate disenfranchisement, rather than voter preferences. Then, according to the precinct-level vote data compiled by USA Today and other newspapers, the group most victimized in the Florida voting was African-American Republicans, and by a dramatic margin, too.

Earlier this year I published an article in the Journal of Legal Studies analyzing the USA Today data, and it shows that African-American Republicans who voted were 54 to 66 times more likely than the average African American to cast a non-voted ballot (either by not marking that race or voting for too many candidates). To put it another way: For every two additional black Republicans in the average precinct, there was one additional non-voted ballot. By comparison, it took an additional 125 African Americans (of any party affiliation) in the average precinct to produce the same result.

Some readers may be surprised that black Republicans even exist in Florida, but, in fact, there are 22,270 such registered voters — or about one for every 20 registered black Democrats. This is a large number when you consider that the election in the state was decided by fewer than 1,000 votes. Since these Republicans were more than 50 times more likely to suffer non-voted ballots than other African Americans, the reasonable conclusion is that George W. Bush was penalized more by the losses of African-American votes than Al Gore.

Keep up your efforts of publishing and good luck... every effort helps change a mind or gets people to thinging...

Curious...... why do you link other web sites such as Drudge, Lucianne, etc on your blogspot and not FreeRepublic? You come here [FreeRepublic] and post your own writings but won't link it, why?

I believe conservative black and other conservative pastors need to do some INTENSE TEAM BUILDING WITH OTHER MORE MODERATE TO LIBERAL BLACK PASTORS

and patiently educate them regarding the validity of conservative values being more supportive of their parisioners and Biblical values.

Also, to educate them regarding the true facts about 2,000 and the hideous traitorousness of Shrillery and her goons.

IF ENOUGH PASTORS DID THIS WITH EVEN JUST 1-3 OTHER MORE LIBERAL BLACK PASORS, IT WOULD HAVE A TREMENDOUS RIPPLE EFFECT FOR 2004.

AND NOT DOING IT IS VERY HAZARDOUS TO THE REPUBLIC AS WELL AS TO THE BODY OF CHRIST.

If Howard Dean is the Democratic party nominee, all the Republicans have to do is flood the airwaves with a loop of Dean's rant about wanting to be the confederate flag, pick up truck, redneck candidate. Then watch how few blacks go to the polls and vote democratic.

“Voting and registration ought not be centered around election time, but it ought to be continuous,” says Rev. Arnold W. Howard of Baltimore...

Uh, no, dufus. Voting should only take place at election time.

Blacks undermine their own votes by lockstepping behind the Democrats in every election. When your vote is pre-ordained before it is cast, you have already given away all value that it carries.

Not so, it has greatly enhanced the political power of certain black leaders who deliver the votes. No Democrat is nominate for president without the black vote.

As long as blacks continue stupidly voting for exactly the wrong people and allowing themselves to be used as Ho's by the Liberals, they will be treated as fools and idiots by the same Liberals and looked on as such by everybody else.

The rest of America will forge ahead without them and they will remain on the miserable plantation they have chosen, eternally whining and bitching how they are being mistreated by everybody else.

Pathetic.

One of the most dangerous myths in our lifetime has been that liberalism and the Democratic Party are black America's best friends...

"The first and most important reason affirmative action hurts blacks is that it renders black achievement suspect."

"The second way in which race-based affirmative action injures blacks is that it perpetuates the racist myth that race is significant."

"Third, affirmative action tells blacks that America is so racist that they cannot achieve anything significant without having rules bent on their behalf. This is a libel on America, and it is utterly dispiriting to blacks."

"Fourth, it discourages self-reliance and hard work. If you knew that wherever you went in life, you would be given special consideration because of your ethnicity or color, would you work as hard? Of course not. Affirmative action is race-based welfare."

Is this in reference to the black woman in Florida I saw on the alphabet news broadcast a couple of days after the 2000 election? She was bellyaching over the fact that her vote wasn't being counted in the recount.

To her and all the other lemmings...Prove it!!!

The ministers are encouraging individual parishioners to register at least seven people every few days and equally important, get them to show up at the polls.

That's a lot of people to invent, I mean resuscitate, I mean register!

This is preposterous, but very sneaky, IMHO. Of course massive inner city vote fraud is planned for 2004, and they (the dems, not nec. the blacks) plan to report substantially larger numbers of votes than in 2000 from these precincts. How will they justify it in light of shrinking urban populations? By pointing to the "success" of these specious community action plans.

Morons

Why aren't Blacks blaming the 3,700 retirees that voted for Pat Buchanan instead of Algore and the Democrat precinct workers that told them to do so?

That 3,700 votes is more votes that Gore didn't get than is mathematically possible from tortured chads.
