U.S. Cargo Plane May Have Been Downed By Insurgents In Iraq
[Los Angeles Times, December 11, 2003]
"U.S. authorities are investigating whether ground fire might have struck a C-17 transport and force the aircraft to make an emergency landing at Bagdhads airport..."
An aircraft that makes a successful emergency landing has not been "downed," you morons. A downed aircraft crashes out of control. Are you really that stupid and ignorant, LA Times, or are you again simply slanting the news to help Dean and hurt the US?
Please reply.

Slanting the news, of course. Just two days ago Iraqi's in 3 cities held major protests. Now, if these protests had been in opposition to the American "occupation" you can be sure it would've made the cover of every newspaper in the country. But these protests were in favor of the US effort and in opposition to the terrorists attacks. From what I understand, other than Fox News and 9 words on page 21 of the NY Times, no one elese even covered this event. Must be that conservative bias at work again.

You're not linking directly to the story, and then you're placing your comments in the wrong block, where the story should be.
Might be interesting, if I could actually find what you want people to read.
