rule #1 - always leave enough time to run away, so throw the snowballs at cars, not people just standing there.

Investigators said they are getting a search warrant for his home. Why?

I'm sure the snowballs were only thrown with brotherly love.

rule#2 - hide in the woods and lob the snowballs at cars from behind bushes, trees, etc.
Don't forget your camo

He should have secretely made a snow ball and put it in his freezer to get the kids at a later date (summer).

Some children playing in the snow in West Philadelphia Wednesday got a scare when a man they hit with a snowball allegedly pulled a gun on them. How much is that worth in emotional trauma lawsuit dollars? This man certainly isn't with the times. At least these precious tykes know better than to break into his home. Well, at least until he is locked up.

There are snowballs and then there are snowballs.

rule #3 - don't "call for" the dorky slow tattletale kid on the days you go throwing snowballs as he becomes a liability

Police said the 51-year-old man was hit in the face with a snowball. He then reportedly pointed a gun at several kids involved. What if it hadn't been a bunch of kids? Next time he might not be so lucky...

The guy should hurry up and make a snow gun, dye it black and put it in his freezer. Make sure the search finds it, problem solved.

Not filed charges so they aren't releasing his name? What? Since when? Have they filed charges on Michael Jackson?
No, my bet is that they haven't released the name of the 51 year old man for another reason; he is either black, a politician, or a city cop.
